Infive finds, assesses and secures family homes for people whose weekends are already spoken for. Five stages, fifty homes, one fixed fee — published below. We take no commission from any seller, ever.
No obligation. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you in the first ten minutes.
Recent acquisitions. The brief, what was hard about it, what we did, and the result. Client names withheld — happy to connect you with any of them on request.
| Suburb | The brief | What we did | Result |
|---|---|---|---|
| Malvern | Two surgeons. Third auction loss in four attempts, ready to give up on the suburb and the search. | Reset the brief, walked them from two over-priced campaigns, held discipline at auction. | $80k under reserve ceiling |
| Hawthorn | Family of five relocating from Sydney. Six weeks to settle, two children starting at a new school. | Sourced off-market through our agent network. The buyer never flew down. | Secured $2.85m Pre-auction |
| Elwood | Professional couple relocating from Balmain, Sydney. Wanted the Balmain lifestyle by the bay. | Sourced and secured a bayside property. The buyer viewed it once. | $100k under their budget |
| Blackburn | Upgrading family set on Blackburn, $1.70m budget. Kept losing turnkey homes above their ceiling. | Changed the strategy: bought a renovatable home in the location they wanted, not a finished one they couldn't win. | Secured $1.46m ~$2m+ end value |
| Brighton | AFL player, mid-season trade. Had to be in before round 12. Absolute discretion required. | Full acquisition managed remotely. Client inspected once, after contract. | 11 days brief to signed |
| Camberwell | Upgrading family needing to buy and sell in the same window, without bridging finance. | Sequenced both campaigns. Negotiated a long settlement to bridge the gap. | Zero days double-held |
| Canterbury | First family home. Strong emotional attachment to a property that didn't stack up. | Advised them to walk away. Found a better home six weeks later. | Est. $220k problem avoided |

Most agencies stop at four. The fifth is the one nobody bills for, and it's the reason most of our clients come from other clients.
Ninety minutes. What you actually need, what you'll trade, and what your real ceiling is. Most of this conversation is about your life, not property.
The listed market and the off-market network. A weekly shortlist with our assessment — including what we've rejected and why, not just what we like.
Independent valuation, building and pest, contract review, comparable sales. You see what we think it's worth before you see what they're asking.
We negotiate or we bid. You set the ceiling in writing beforehand and we do not cross it. Then we run the process through to settlement.
We don't disappear at settlement. At six and twelve months we're back with a valuation update, a read on your suburb, and the network — trades, management, or the next move.
Two careers, school zones that aren't negotiable, and no realistic way to inspect thirty properties. You know what you want. You need someone in the room.
You solve hard problems for a living and you're not sentimental about outsourcing. You want a considered brief, honest counsel, and no theatre.
Trades, contracts and relocations happen on someone else's timeline. We work fast, we work quietly, and we've done it before.
I spent fifteen years selling homes before I decided I only wanted to be on the other side of the table.
As a selling agent, I watched buyers turn up to the biggest purchase of their lives with no one in their corner — under-represented, and too often quietly misled. I didn't want to be the person on the winning side of that anymore.
Securing the right family home for someone is far more gratifying than any sale I ever made. The truth is I like working with people; working with property is just a fantastic by-product. That's the whole business, and it's why we only ever represent the buyer.
A percentage-of-purchase-price fee pays your agent more when you pay more. We don't think you should have to trust us to ignore that. So we removed it.
“Jack's experience and network proved essential to not only finding our ideal house within our price range, but finding it in four weeks. We'd still be looking, and would have missed out on the home we bought.”
“After searching for almost a year and being very time poor, Jack and his team made all the difference. Inspections, liaising with agents, due diligence, then securing it at auction. First class.”
“There is no way we would have had the same outcome without him and his team. Their inside knowledge is worth every cent. You won't find better advocates anywhere.”
“He kept the whole process transparent and managed stressful negotiations smoothly, leveraging strong industry relationships to secure my dream home.”
“Jack was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, taking the time to understand our needs and showing great skill in negotiating to help us secure our family home.”
“He kept constant communication with us, really making us feel like valued clients. As first home buyers, Jack made our purchasing journey feel seamless and stress-free.”
